It’s a straightforward checklist covering the quality and implementation of your purpose, vision, values, goals, and roles and responsibilities.
When you’re done, you’ll have a score out of 20, indicating:
- 15+ Strong strategic plan quality and implementation
- 10+ Many good points, but lacks a consistent level of quality and implementation
- <10 Needs work
Scored less than 10? Don’t worry, it’s pretty typical.
