Shipping and delivery.
We ship from Fremantle / Walyalup, Australia to pretty much anywhere in the world. Here’s what to expect.
The short version
Digital tools are available to download the moment you’ve paid. Physical products are dispatched from Fremantle / Walyalup, Western Australia by Australia Post, usually within a business day or two, and arrive within one to two weeks depending on where in the world you are.
If you ever want to check on an order, just get in touch and we’ll chase it down for you.
Digital products
Most of what we sell is digital – planning toolkits, guides, templates, and the like. These are available to download immediately after checkout. You’ll get an email with your download links, and the same links are available from your account on our website any time you want them again.
No shipping, no waiting, no physical component unless we’ve specifically said otherwise on the product page.
Physical products
This covers our card decks, planners and anything else that comes in a box.
Dispatch. We aim to dispatch within one to two business days of your order coming in. You’ll get a confirmation e-mail with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
Delivery times. Once dispatched, shipping times vary by country, but are typically:
- 4 to 7 business days for Australia and New Zealand
- 5 to 9 business days for Asia, Europe, the UK and North America
- 7 to 12 business days for Africa and South America
Duties and taxes. With the exception of US import duties (see below), any applicable duties and taxes are not included in what you pay us and may be payable upon delivery. This is outside our control and varies country by country.
Note for US customers. A 10% import duty will be charged at checkout on all US orders, under the Trump administration’s import tariffs.
How we ship. For smaller orders and modest bulk orders, we use Australia Post wherever possible – they’re reliable and their international network is solid. For larger bulk orders we make case-by-case arrangements and work out the logistics with you directly. If that’s you, we’ll be in touch, but you can drop us a line in the meantime if you have questions.
If something goes wrong
We do our best to package everything so it arrives in great condition, but shipping across oceans sometimes has other ideas. If your order turns up damaged, or doesn’t turn up at all, let us know straight away – a quick photo helps if there’s obvious damage – and we’ll sort it out.
