Impact Society has updated the terms of service that govern the use of impactsociety.co.
Key changes include modifications to the following sections:
- Sale of goods – Includes a clause to grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only for any goods sold and/or displayed through the site; and another to limit Impact Society’s liability for their use
- Limitation of liability – Extended to specifically include any goods and services that are displayed and/or sold on our site
- Indemnity – Extended to specifically include any goods and services that are displayed and/or sold on our site
These changes are effective from Tuesday, 12 March 2024.
