New clients can try before they buy with our management and leadership coaching service – the first session is free and doesn’t require any payment details, obligations or having to sit through a sales call.

Come along with a current issue – a decision you’ve got to make, a performance management headache or some other challenge you’re facing – and we’ll work through it together, so you can get a feel for our coaching style and service.

Your session will be with one of the Impact Society founders and coaches – Joel Bailey or Sean Craig. Between us we’ve spent 30+ years working with leaders at every level, so whoever you get, you’ll be in good hands.

All sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams, at a date and time of your choosing.
