That’s why we created the Impact Pricing Program – giving eligible smaller organisations 50% off select digital toolkits, including the Strategic Planning Toolkit.

Please note: We review each application to ensure the program reaches the organisations it was designed for. Local chapters and smaller NFPs are welcome to apply, but large, well-resourced NGOs and multinational charities should purchase at standard pricing.

Who is eligible?
Registered not-for-profits and community associations with fewer than 50 employees, and small businesses with fewer than 10 employees. If you’re part of a large, well-resourced NGO or multinational charity, we ask that you purchase at standard pricing. Local chapters or smaller NFPs are welcome to apply.
Please note: Industry associations and peak bodies aren’t eligible for Impact Pricing, as the program is designed to support organisations with limited resources delivering community or frontline impact.
All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and final eligibility decisions are at our discretion.
What’s the discount?
Qualifying organisations receive 50% off select digital toolkits, including the Strategic Planning Toolkit.
Which products are included?
Select digital tools only, including the Strategic Planning Toolkit – we will provide a full list upon your successful enrolment. Physical products and services aren’t included.
Do I need to provide proof?
We keep it simple. Tell us your organisation type and size in the form. We may follow up with a quick clarification if needed.
How long does approval take?
We review applications manually. You’ll generally hear back within a week.
How will I receive the discount?
If approved, we’ll email you a single-use coupon code to apply at checkout.
Does the discount expire?
Your coupon will have a clear expiry date in the approval email. If it lapses, reply to us and we’ll help.
Can I combine this with other offers?
No. Impact Pricing can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Will this affect your premium pricing for larger organisations?
No. Impact Pricing is a targeted accessibility initiative. Standard pricing remains for larger organisations.
Can I get a refund if I already purchased at full price?
No. The Impact Pricing Program applies only to new purchases. If you’ve already bought one of our toolkits, thank you – your support helps us continue developing resources for leaders worldwide. You’re welcome to apply for Impact Pricing on any future purchases.
