Effective Friday, 22 August 2025, we’ve updated our Terms of Service. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to clarity, fairness and compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Key changes
- Order fulfilment – We’ve clarified that we may refuse, cancel or refund orders that are unfeasible or impractical to fulfil (for example, excessively large orders or delivery to locations we cannot reasonably reach).
- Refunds – We’ve made it clear that we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, unless a 30-day money-back guarantee is explicitly offered on a product page. We’ve also clarified our approach to defective or damaged physical products – we’ll always do what we reasonably can to make it right, and we’ll comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Subscriptions – We’ve clarified that cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but doesn’t entitle you to a refund for prior subscription periods unless covered by our 30-day guarantee.
- AI-assisted content – We’ve added a note that some of our tools and resources may be generated with the assistance of AI technologies. While we work hard to ensure quality, we recommend exercising your own judgement and seeking professional advice where appropriate.
- Force majeure – A new clause makes clear that we’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes or global supply chain disruptions).
